Orland Park, IL - 03/10/2012 09:45We hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Basil Leaf Cafe. It was wonderful! Our son and his (now) wife love Basil Leaf Cafe and suggested it to us. Great suggestion. The party room was prepared for us to sit around a large table together. The food was delicious. The owner helped us plan a delicious meal within our budget. Everyone had a great time. The room was ours for the evening. The staff attending the party were friendly and fun. We selected wines to have available all evening as well as an open bar. So... great place, food, wine and atmosphere! This set the tone for a very enjoyable evening as we began our wedding celebrations. Highly recommend Basil Leaf.

Schaumburg, IL - 08/11/2011 13:08I've been going to the Basil Leaf Cafe since it opened across the street (cozy, comfy & delicious). It's always been among my most favorite places to dine & the attentiveness of the owner (and his staff) make it ideal for my special dates and client dinners. I was worried when it moved into it's present location- but the charm was not lost but, indeed, expanded! The bar serves as our "hub" when we meet friends for a bite & then venture into the city nightlife (the owner is always good for fun ideas too). The party room is elegant & the staff is so attentive- you feel like you're in your own world with friends & family. I give this restaurant the thumbs up many times over....
